Skills and Experience

• Wrote, directed, and animated many short films, including: I Must Destroy You (3 minutes, 2005) and Fried Ham (1 minute, 2005), both of which have been featured in many festivals.
  

• Skilled with Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.  Experience with many other programs, including After Effects, Toon Boom Studio, Maya, and 3ds Max.
  

• Strong life drawing skills.
  

• Fourteen years experience with computers and programming, including large project development and MAX plugin development.  Fluent in C++, with experience in Actionscript, Java, Pascal, and Perl.
  

• Extensive music experience.  I play several instruments and sing, and I have experience composing and arranging music.  For Fried Ham I composed and performed the soundtrack.

Animated scenes for two seasons of Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, including all major characters and many incidentals and effects.

• Software Engineer, Nov 2001 - January 2003
  Treyarch Software, Santa Monica, CA

Engineered artist tools for 3ds Max and in-game user interface for Kelly Slater’s Pro Surfer (Activision, shipped Summer 2002).

• Programmer I, Sept 2000 - April 2001
  Pipeworks Software, Eugene, OR

Modified user interfaces and functionality in existing tools, worked closely with artists, wrote computer scripts for in-game movies, and modified proprietary 3ds Max plug-ins.
